These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and Zawajco. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.

To use Zawajco, you must:

• Be over eighteen (18) years of age
• Be Muslim or seeking marriage according to Islamic norms
• Not have been previously banned from the platform
• Have legal capacity to enter into contracts in your country
• Provide honest and accurate information about yourself

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activity that occurs through your account
• Informing us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• Updating your personal information and keeping it accurate

Accounts may not be transferred or shared with any other person.

Every user is expected to observe the following standards of respectful Islamic conduct:

• Treat others with respect and courtesy
• Be honest and truthful when introducing yourself and providing information
• Use the platform only for its core purpose: lawful marriage
• Do not harass or disturb any user
• Comply with all applicable local and international laws

Users are expressly prohibited from:

• Publishing offensive, explicit, or immoral content
• Harassing, bullying, or threatening other users
• Impersonating another person
• Posting commercial advertisements or spam
• Extracting user or platform data through scraping
• Attempting to hack or test platform systems without permission
• Using the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Posting harmful links or malicious software

You retain intellectual-property rights to any content you publish on the platform, such as photos and text. However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and store that content to operate the service.

Any content you publish must:

• Be truthful and represent your real identity
• Contain no offensive or explicit material
• Not violate the rights of any third party
• Not include personal information about third parties without their consent

• Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of their term unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
• Prices are shown in Saudi riyals and may differ in other countries
• Refunds are not available after premium services have been used except in specified cases
• If a financial dispute arises, contact support within 30 days
• We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days prior notice

All platform elements, including the logo, design, algorithms, interface, text, and data, are the exclusive property of Zawajco and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Copying or using them in any form without prior written permission is prohibited.

We do not guarantee:

• The truthfulness of all information provided by users
• That using the platform will lead to a marriage result
• That the service will always be free from interruption or technical errors

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these terms
• Providing false or misleading information
• Any conduct that harms other users or the platform
• Inactivity for more than 24 months

You may also close your account at any time from account settings.

These terms are governed by and interpreted according to Islamic law principles and the laws applicable in Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved before the competent courts in Riyadh.
