تلتزم منصة زواجكو (ZawajCo) بأعلى المعايير الأخلاقية، والقانونية، والتقنية لحماية الأطفال والقاصرين، ومكافحة أي شكل من أشكال الاستغلال والاعتداء الجنسي على الأطفال في الفضاء الرقمي.

تتبنى المنصة سياسة عدم التسامح المطلق (Zero-Tolerance) وتمنع منعاً باتاً كل ما يتعلق بـ:

• الاستغلال والاعتداء الجنسي على الأطفال (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation - CSAE).
• المواد التي تتضمن اعتداءً جنسياً على الأطفال (Child Sexual Abuse Material - CSAM).
• استدراج الأطفال والقاصرين لأغراض استغلالية أو جنسية (Grooming).
• التحرش بالقاصرين أو استدراجهم أو طلب أو تبادل محتوى غير لائق معهم.
• أي سلوك أو نشاط يعرّض سلامة الأطفال أو رفاههم للخطر.

🚫 ٢. سياسة منع استغلال الأطفال (المحظورات الصارمة)

يُحظر حظرًا قاطعًا ونهائيًا على أي مستخدم أو طرف القيام بأي من الأفعال التالية عبر منصة زواجكو أو من خلال أي من ميزاتها:

1. إنشاء، أو رفع، أو إرسال، أو مشاركة، أو إعادة توجيه أي مواد تمثل اعتداءً جنسياً على الأطفال (CSAM).
2. طلب، أو إرسال، أو محاولة الحصول على، أو تخزين أي صور أو مقاطع فيديو أو محتوى ذي طابع جنسي يخص قاصرًا.
3. استدراج القاصرين (Child Grooming) أو بناء علاقات تواصل معهم بقصد استغلالهم عاطفيًا أو جنسيًا أو ماليًا.
4. محاولة التواصل مع القاصرين لأي أغراض غير لائقة أو استغلالية.
5. تسهيل، أو تشجيع، أو الترويج للاتجار بالأطفال أو استغلالهم بأي شكل من الأشكال.
6. استخدام وظائف الملف الشخصي أو المحادثات الخاصة أو مشاركة الوسائط لأي غرض يمس بسلامة الأطفال أو ينتهك حقوقهم.

عواقب المخالفة: أي حساب أو محتوى يخالف هذه السياسة يخضع فوراً للحذف والإزالة التامة، والتعليق الفوري والنهائي للحساب، وحظر الجهاز IP/Device، مع حفظ السجلات الرقمية والإبلاغ الفوري للجهات القضائية ومراكز حماية الأطفال المختصة.

🚨 ٣. آلية الإبلاغ المباشرة داخل التطبيق وعبر البريد

توفر منصة زواجكو قنوات إبلاغ واضحة ومباشرة وفعالة تُمكّن أي مستخدم أو زائر من التبليغ عن أي حساب مشبوه، أو محتوى غير لائق، أو محاولة استدراج، أو أي انتهاك يتعلق بسلامة الأطفال:

⚖️ ٤. معالجة البلاغات وإجراءات التنفيذ

تُعامل جميع البلاغات المتعلقة بسلامة الأطفال واستغلال القاصرين بأعلى درجات الأولوية والاستعجال. يتبع فريق الإشراف والرقابة في زواجكو الإجراءات التنفيذية الصارمة التالية:

• المراجعة الفورية للبلاغ: فحص المحتوى والملف المبلغ عنه ومطابقته مع سجلات النظام.
• إزالة المحتوى المخالف: الحذف الفوري والتام لأي محتوى ينتهك السياسة وسحبه من الظهور.
• إنهاء وحظر الحسابات: التعليق والإنهاء الدائم للحسابات المتورطة في أي انتهاك متعلق بالقاصرين، وحظر الأجهزة المرتبطة بها لمنع إنشاء حسابات جديدة.
• حفظ الأدلة والسجلات الرقمية: التحفظ على السجلات الرقمية ذات الصلة بالقدر الذي يفرضه القانون واللوائح للمساعدة في الملاحقة القانونية.
• التعاون مع الجهات المختصة: إحالة الوقائع ومشاركة البيانات اللازمة مع أجهزة إنفاذ القانون وهيئات حماية الأطفال عند الاقتضاء النظامي.

🛑 ٥. الحظر الشامل لمواد الاعتداء الجنسي على الأطفال (CSAM)

تحظر منصة زواجكو حظراً قاطعاً ومطلقاً إنشاء، أو رفع، أو إرسال، أو تخزين، أو توزيع، أو طلب أي مواد تمثل اعتداءً جنسياً على الأطفال (Child Sexual Abuse Material - CSAM).

في حال رصد أو الإبلاغ عن أي محتوى مؤكد أو مشتبه به يتعلق بـ CSAM، فإن المنصة تتخذ الإجراءات الفورية التالية:

1. الإزالة والحذف الفوري والكامل للمحتوى من خوادم المنصة.
2. الحظر والإنهاء الدائم لحساب المستخدم المخالف وجميع الأجهزة المتصلة به.
3. حفظ السجلات الرقمية والأدلة الفنية اللازمة وفقاً للمتطلبات القانونية المعمول بها.
4. إبلاغ الجهات القضائية والأمنية المختصة والمركز الوطني للأطفال المفقودين والمستغلين (NCMEC) والهيئات التنظيمية المعنية بمكافحة الجرائم المعلوماتية عند الاقتضاء النظامي.

ZawajCo enforces an uncompromising Zero-Tolerance Policy prohibiting:

• Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
• Child Grooming and predatory solicitation.
• Sexual harassment, solicitation, or exchange of inappropriate content involving minors.
• Any behavior, media, or communication that endangers the safety, dignity, or well-being of children.

🚫 2. Prohibited Conduct & Zero-Tolerance on Child Exploitation

ZawajCo strictly forbids any user or entity from engaging in any of the following activities through the platform or its features:

1. Creating, uploading, transmitting, distributing, sharing, or displaying CSAM in any form.
2. Soliciting, sending, attempting to obtain, or storing sexually explicit content involving or depicting a minor.
3. Grooming minors, initiating predatory relationships, or attempting to lure minors for sexual, romantic, or financial exploitation.
4. Attempting to communicate with minors for improper, exploitative, or harmful purposes.
5. Facilitating, organizing, aiding, or encouraging child trafficking or minor exploitation.
6. Using profile descriptions, direct private chat, or media uploads for any activity detrimental to minors.

Consequences of Violations: Any account or content that violates these standards is immediately subject to permanent termination, complete content purge, device/IP banning, and escalation to law enforcement agencies and child protection authorities.

• Immediate Content Purging: Swift and irreversible deletion of violating content from live servers.
• Account Termination & Banning: Immediate permanent suspension of offending accounts and hardware/device identifier blacklisting.

4. Direct reporting to authorized law enforcement agencies, cybercrime divisions, and reporting centers (such as NCMEC and equivalent international bodies) in accordance with legal obligations.

🔞 6. Minor Protection & Server-Side Age Verification Gate

ZawajCo is designed exclusively for consenting adults seeking marital relationships. To enforce minor protection and prevent unauthorized access, the platform deploys the following mechanisms:

• Mandatory Server-Side Age Gate: During registration, applicants must supply their verified age. Our backend authentication engine programmatically enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 18 (min:18). Any attempt to register an account under the age of 18 is programmatically rejected at the API layer with a clear eligibility refusal message.
