The platform enforces an uncompromising zero-tolerance policy and strictly prohibits anything related to:

Any user or party is strictly and permanently forbidden from carrying out any of the following actions through Zawajco or any of its features:

1. Creating, uploading, sending, sharing, or forwarding any material that depicts child sexual abuse.
2. Requesting, sending, attempting to obtain, or storing sexually explicit content involving or depicting a minor.
3. Grooming minors or building communication relationships with them for emotional, sexual, or financial exploitation.
4. Attempting to communicate with minors for improper or exploitative purposes.
5. Facilitating, encouraging, or promoting child trafficking or exploitation in any form.
6. Using profile features, private conversations, or media sharing for any purpose that harms child safety or violates children rights.

Zawajco provides clear, direct, and effective reporting channels that enable any user or visitor to report a suspicious account, inappropriate content, grooming attempt, or any violation related to child safety:

All reports concerning child safety and the exploitation of minors are handled with the highest priority and urgency. Zawajco moderation follows these strict procedures:

• Immediate report review: inspecting the reported content and profile and matching them against system records.
• Removal of violating content: immediate and complete deletion of any content that violates the policy and removal from visibility.
• Account termination and banning: permanent suspension of accounts involved in any minor-related violation and blocking associated devices to prevent new accounts.
• Evidence and digital log preservation: preserving relevant digital records to the extent required by law and regulations to support legal proceedings.
• Cooperation with authorities: referring incidents and sharing required data with law enforcement and child-protection bodies when legally required.

Zawajco maintains an absolute and non-negotiable prohibition on creating, uploading, transmitting, storing, distributing, or requesting any child sexual abuse material.

When confirmed or suspected CSAM is detected or reported, the platform takes the following immediate actions:

1. Immediate and complete removal of the content from platform servers.
2. Permanent termination of the offending account and all connected devices.
3. Preservation of required digital records and technical evidence in line with applicable legal requirements.
4. Reporting to competent judicial and security authorities and relevant child-protection or cybercrime bodies when legally required.

Zawajco is intended exclusively for adults who are religiously and legally eligible for marriage, and it does not provide services to minors under any circumstances. To protect minors and prevent access to the service, the system applies the following mechanisms:

• Mandatory server-side age gate: registration requires an age declaration, and the server enforces a programmatic minimum age of 18. Any registration attempt for an age below 18 is categorically rejected with an explicit refusal message.
• Content and profile moderation: photos and profile text undergo administrative review before unrestricted visibility to ensure they do not contain content involving minors or violating platform rules.
